mike lane, born in white plains, ny, mike grew up playing soccer, basketball, and football. exercise was always a vital part of his life as he would play outside from sun up to sun down. friends and those associated, referred to mike as mitey mouse (based on the cartoon character). he attended suny cortland as a social philosophy major, where he played football from 2005-2009. at the end of his college football time, mike would go on to play flag football to stay in shape. After a serious amount of injuries and setbacks throughout life, mike chose to apply his experience, from athletics and injuries, and passion, from the comeback, in the field of personal training.
